NBR 80°/85° SHORE 'A'
NBR 90°/95° SHORE'A'

Operating Temperature: -40°C to +100°C

Commonly known as NITRILE or BUNA-N
Nitrile rubber is the sealing material most frequently used in Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems because of its excellent resistance to mineral oil based fluids, greases, water and hydrocarbon fuels. It has good physical characteristics such as abrasion resistance and good compression set. NBR is not suitable to Aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, automotive brake fluids, and some fire resistant hydraulic fluids

Polyurethane (P U)

Standard Color: Blue
Working Temperature Range: -30° C to + 110° C

PU is premium polyurethene for superior sealing performance for use in general hydraulic applications (Not suitable for hot water), it has excellent mechnical properties such as high tensite strength, abrasion resistance, tear strength, and extrusion resistances.

Nitrile Rubber (NBR)

Standard Color: Black
Working Temperature Range: -40° C to+ 100° C

Nitrile Rubber is general purpose elastomer for Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems and used as seal energizer for low pressure applications such as pneumatic, it has excellent resistance to mineral oil, greases, water, hydrocarban fuels, compression set resistance and good elastic properties, it is not suitable to automotive brakes fluid.

(Viton) Fluorinated Rubber (FKM)

Standard Color: Brown
Working Temperature Range: -30° C to+ 220° C

Viton Rubber is excellent resistance to mineral oils, hot water, steam, fuels, alcohol, hot oils, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon, it has poor resistance to methanol, ketones & esters also exhibits excellent chemical resistance for use in harsh environments such as phosphate esters.

EPDM Rubber

Standard Color: Black
Working Temperature Range: -45° Cto +150° C

EPDM has good resistance to ozone ageing and weathering, water and steam, Dilute acid, alkalies ketones, alcohol, fire retardent hydraulic fluids and hydraulic brakes fluids, this elastomer must not come in contact with mineral oils and greases.

Silicon Rubber

Standard Color: Orange
Working Temperature Range: -60° C to+ 200° C

Silicon Rubber has great cold flexibility as well as high thermal resistance. It has excellent de-electric properties and very good resistance to attack by oxygen, ozone and sunlight. It has poor strength & tear resistance to mineral oils.

H-NBR Rubber

Standard Color: Black
Working Temperature Range: -25° C to 150° C

HNBR rubber, improves wear and extrusion resistance over standard NBR, HNBR has outstanding resistance to heat, ozone, weathering, mineral oil, crude oils, with amines, fuels, greases, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and indurtrial chemicals, it has very good mechanical properties and has extended high temperature range.

PTFE/ Glass Filled PTFE

Standard Color: Off-White
Working Temperature Range: -195° C to +250° C

Typical application: Used where there is a need for improved wear and increased coefficient of friction. Ideal for high dynamic applications e.g. high rotation pumps

Polychloroprene Rubber (C R)

Standard Color: Black
Working Temperature Range: -20° C to+ 100° C

Polychloroprene Rubber (C R) chief characteristice is flame retardency, excellent ageing properties in ozone and weather environments along with resistance to abrasion and flex faitigue. It is good resistance to mineral oils with high aniline point, greases refrigerants and water.

Poly Acrylic Rubber

Standard Color: Black
Working Temperature Range: -10° Cto +125° C

Poly acrylic Rubber has excellent resistance to heat, hydrocarbon, oil, mineral oxidation and ozone. But poor resistance to water, steem, acids and alkalis.

Standard Color: White
Working Temperature Range: -195° Cto+ 250° C

Used mainly for o-rings, backup rings and machined parts used in special applications requiring chemical inertness and limited strength. Ideal for use in cryogenic applications.

Standard Color: Black
Working Temperature Range: -195° to+250° C

Typical application: Significant increased thermal conductivity, reduced level of creep. Self lubricating, therefore suitable for high speed applications, without the need for exterior lubrication and applications which need to remove thermal energy and/or static electricity

PTFE/ Bronze Filled PTFE

Standard Color: Bronze
Working Temperature Range: -195° C to +250° C

Typical application: Used in dynamic sealing applications where the bronze filler gives improved wear resistance, hardness and compressive strength. The electrical properties and chemical resistance are reduced. Molybdenum disulphide improves the self lubrication
